    Directions: Spray and apply generously to the skin immediately after bath. Layer it up with our Lovingly Soothing Balm for increased moisturization.  Enjoy soft skin + relief!

    We love it 😍!

    My baby has really suffered a lot with her skin, it was very hard to see how delicate she was... her eczema was getting worse every day 😢 I used a thousand creams until I reached Dr. Silma “she is my baby's savior... I could see As her skin improved from the first day, the truth is that we love it, we have used the balm and the serum and let me tell you, it is the best you can use for your baby's skin….

    Love this baby body serum

    Great baby body serum! We apply it at night after the bath along with the balm and it’s our favorite body serum for baby so far. It’s so moisturizing on the skin. It’s also not sticky and has clean ingredients which is a plus. Highly recommend!

    We love this body serum!

    Our little one is 16 months old and has dry, sensitive skin and we live in a cold climate. When we apply it after his bath, his skin is so soft and moisturized! I like to use it with the balm, especially when he gets drool rash or any irritation. It works like a charm to clear it up! I even use it on myself sometimes :) I also love that Dr. Sylma is a mom and pediatrician and the ingredients are clean, safe and trustworthy!
